LIMITED WARRANTY: Seal-Tex Fence Staining and Restoration the workmanship and stain to prevent water damage on your fence and/or deck for a minimum of 2 years under normal weather conditions. If the stain fails to provide protection, Seal-Tex will furnish an equivalent amount of stain, refund the original purchase price of the product to you, or restore the defective area at our cost. This warranty becomes effective on the date of purchase. This warranty excludes any incidental or consequential damages. To be eligible for any LIMITED WARRANTY the wood must have been new or had undergone a gray and mildew removal process prior to the time of application. This warranty is subject to mildew and gray not present when the stain is applied. This warranty is null and void if the stained area is exposed to anything other than natural weather conditions.
